Shareholder assessments will be mailed or emailed soon. Please watch your mailbox or email for your invoice. The assessment rate for 2026 will be an increase from previous years. In an effort to modernize our water system, including repairs to the main headgate, we will gradually increase our assessment rate to help us meet our annual expenses. The rate for 2026 will be $2.50/share, an increase of .50/share.

Trout Lake Water Company
The Trout Lake Water Company is located in Trout Lake, Washington, in the White Salmon River watershed of the Columbia River Gorge. The corporation was formed in 1908. Water is provided to over 2500 acres of land, both residential and agricultural. Trout Lake Valley produces a diverse range of high value crops, from grass-fed dairy, to botanical herbs, to small specialty growers of pastured meats, vegetables, cut-flowers, and broad acre forage crops.
